A bit about Jonathan :
Jonathan Weber is a certified personal trainer and mental wellness coach. His transformative program Beyond Fitness activates mind and body through combining customized physical exercise with powerful wellness counseling.
Jonathan’s personal mission is to make his balanced health and fitness training approach accessible to everyone. He helps serve and empower real people to go beyond fitness to unleash their energy and achieve the balance, passion and fulfillment in their lives they deserve.

Ayurveda holds the secret to being a healthier and happier person. It’s comes down to self care: not the rare yoga class or juice cleanse or facial kind of self care, but the day to day way in which we take care of ourselves. It’s simple, intuitive, and feels oh so good.
In this workshop, you’ll learn what ayurveda is (imagine a body of wisdom that tells you exactly what to do and what not to do to for a healthy body and mind!) and some of its most important self care rituals, including:
How to wake up with better energy
The key to better digestion
How to cleanse and nourish the sense organs - from tongue scraping to eye baths
All are welcome — ayurveda is really and truly meant for all!
About Julie Bernier
Julie Bernier teaches women the art of self-care so that they feel their healthiest and happiest in their own unique bodies. This holistic approach to individualized wellness is rooted in the ancient Indian knowledge of ayurveda: a system of healing and way of life which explains that our wellbeing blossoms when we align ourselves with nature. Julie is a registered Ayurvedic Practitioner and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapist with the National Ayurvedic Medical Association (NAMA) as well as a Certified Massage Therapist. She studied each of these modalities in the US and straight from the source in India.
Ayurvedic Face Lift Massage is a hour long, holistic, anti-aging technique composed of acupressure, Swedish massage, yoga, lymphatic drainage, and energy balancing polarity therapy.
Expect to retrain your muscles to a more youthful state by connective tissues being relaxed, marma points (vein super highways) refreshed through acupressure, collagen regrowth stimulated, toxins and lymph drained and muscles unwound and lifted effectively. This divine service combines outer beauty with inner balance to create a natural face lift whilst soothing the entire nervous system.
