Love flowers but are never sure exactly how to put together the perfect bouquet? Let the Bodega Florist and Jill Lindsay help with a special workshop on making beautiful arrangements of flowers, sourced directly from your neighborhood grocery. This workshop will offer introduction to basic floral design, color theory and helpful tips and tricks for creating a gorgeous addition to any table, windowsill, or mantlepiece. Workshop fee will include one drink and everything you need to take home beautiful bouquet, including flowers and a vase.
About Cordelia:
Originally from Vermont, for over fifteen years now Cordelia Johnson has been working with children and families as a teacher, arts educator, curriculum consultant, museum docent, camp counselor, and therapist.  In 2010 she received a Master’s Degree in "Arts in Education" from Harvard University and went onto work as a collaborative classroom teacher at the Reggio Emilia influenced preschool TriBeCa Community School.  In 2013 Cordelia completed her Master’s in Social Work as a part of New York University Silver School of Social Work’s Clinical Work with Children and Families program. Cordelia is an artist herself, working primarily in watercolor and pen and ink, she lives has lived and worked in Clinton Hill for the last seven years.
