Please join us on Thursday, March 5th, from 6-8pm(?) for the kickoff of our new Happy Hour Real Estate 101 / Barside Workshop with our local real estate advisor Mark Policarpio. Bring any and all of your questions for an interactive and informative session to learn everything you ever wanted to know about NYC residential real estate.
This first session will cover an overview of the NYC residential real estate market including the different property types (coops, condos, townhouses, and new developments), the players, and how it all informs property values and translates into the landscape of buying, selling, renting and investing.
About Mark:
Mark Policarpio is an entrepreneur and innovative strategist with expertise in real estate and urban design. He has over 15+ years experience on all sides of NYC residential real estate working with buyers, sellers, renters, landlords, investors, and developers in over $500 million in transactions. Mark currently holds his associate real estate broker license at Compass.
With over 25 years in sales, marketing, and research he shares his breadth of experience and depth of knowledge through real estate and experiential design. His personal mission is to guide and empower his private clients seamlessly through the variegated urban landscape in which we live, and love, to achieve their personal objectives, and to help launch their next life or investment trajectory. As a trusted advisor and lifelong resource, his client-focused approach is not only quantitative but also qualitative. Mark holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School and a Certificate in Landscape Architecture from PennDesign at the University of Pennsylvania. His post-graduate studies include Real Estate Development at NYU.
