Each facial is tailored to your needs and with extra empathies of the skins needs day of. Various facial massage techniques and tools such as facial gua sha, crystal face rollers and herbal infused poultices will be utilized to lift, tone, firm and depuff skin, smooth fine lines and wrinkles, increase radiance, move away any lymphatic debris, ease facial muscle tension, stimulate fresh oxygen, and blood flow, increase product absorption and rejuvenate your overall look and feel. Use of skin specific/treatment specific herbs, clays and oils will be added to further customize your experience. These classes encourage family bonding through innovative play. Children and parents learn a wide repertoire of yoga poses, creative movement, breathing games and relaxation techniques evocative of the natural and animal world around them. Stories and music are integrated to make the classes fun and light for the whole family, encouraging confidence, strength and family bonding.
