We hope you are over the moon about your purchase, but if you find that you are not completely satisfied JILL LINDSEY will offer you 10 days for exchange or store credit for the purchase with the below requirements:
- Items must be in original packaging
-Items much be unworn with tags and in new condition
-Food Items are non-returnable
-Sale items are FINAL SALE
-Shoes are only returnable if un worn in original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse or deny refund if merchandise does not meet above policy requirements.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 370 Myrtle Ave Brooklyn New York US 11205

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
